The GSGC-5301 online gas chromatograph uses a patented technology that combines a dedicated chromatographic column combination, central cutting and blowback technology, and hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) technology for the detection of methane, non methane total hydrocarbons, and benzene derivatives at the A Institute. The sample is kept at 180 ℃ throughout the entire process, filtered and collected to the quantitative ring. Then, the injection valve is switched and the sample is separated by entering the chromatographic column under the drive of the carrier gas. The total hydrocarbons in the first path are detected by the FID detector. The second oxygen and methane are separated from the PQ chromatographic column and enter the 5A chromatographic column. After switching the valve position, hydrocarbons are backflushed and methane is detected by the FID detector. The third sample of benzene, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene, etc. is separated in the analysis column through the pre column and detected by the FID detector. After switching the valve position, the heavy hydrocarbon components are blown back and released.
